I would please someone to check that flmatter, Joined, Feb 11, 2012, Messages, 1,486 (0. I don't know if this explains the benchmark failure, but it must be related in some way.Ħ-14:59:57.3029|INFO] Loading Application Persistence settings from file C:\ProgramData\Intel\Intel Extreme Tuning Utility\PerformanceSettings.sdf with hardware key of "Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3470 2.93GHz"Ħ-14:59:57.3969|!ERR] Exception opening database: C:\ProgramData\Intel\Intel Extreme Tuning Utility\PerformanceSettings.sdfĦ-14:59:57.3969|!ERR] The database file cannot be found. In the example of the E5-1660 v2, as the base frequency on all cores was already 3.9 Ghz, the 300MHz overclock did not impose a significant increase in the heat and stress, but the E5-1680 v2 running at 3.4GHz meant that increasing the all-core clock by 900Mhz is significant, so I added a z420 liquid cooler to the z620. You only need around 300 for 3.0Ghz, or am I wrong 332 would be like 3.33. 200-300 Mhz is nice for benchmarks and pushing it, but for gaming the benefit was just non-existent. Apparently IETU is sensitive to the underlying link which it should not be. I went all the way back to 4.5 with 1.15v because power savings and heat.
INTEL EXTREME TUNING UTILITY BENCHMARK SCORE 300 UPGRADE
I am currently running an air cooler but will upgrade to an AIO water cooler to decrease my temperatures. My overclock was stable and my score was XTU: 1923 Marks, the highest CPU Temperature was 68 C or 154 F. C:\ProgramData is a hard link to D:\ProgramData. I went into Intel’s Extreme Tuning Utility and began the benchmark on Intel XTU Benchmark. This is a relatively narrow range which indicates that the Intel Core i5-2320 performs reasonably consistently under varying real world conditions.
However the file does exist at D:\ProgramData. The range of scores (95th - 5th percentile) for the Intel Core i5-2320 is just 17.4. Also included is Shuttle's trademark CPU.
I found the following in one of the logs. Its motherboard boasts nVidia's nForce2 Ultra 400 chipset and offers plenty of overclocking options in the BIOS.
